SHIPPING TIME

We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse country depends on your location.

Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by RAYN PURE. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple days. The estimated delivery time:

The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, UK 8-14 business days*

Canada, Australia, NZ 8-16 business days*

Rest of Europe 8-18 business days*

United States 8-14 business days*

Asia 8-18 business days*

Mexico, All other countries 10-25 business days*

CANCELLING ORDER / WRONG ADDRESS

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our supplier. Pleas send an email as soon as possible to support@raynpure.com.
