Returning a Product

You may return any product within 30 days of receiving your order, whether you changed your mind or weren’t fully satisfied. Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at support@raynpure.com. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, even during our 30-day money-back guarantee period. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Opened products may be eligible for refund only if they fall under our 30-day money-back guarantee and meet all terms (see Guarantee Policy).

  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions:

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is designed to give you confidence when trying our products for the first time. However, to prevent misuse, the following conditions apply:

  1. First-time purchase only:
    The guarantee applies only to your first order of a specific product. Repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible.

  2. Used responsibly:
    Refunds are only granted if the product has been used as directed on the label. Overuse, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions may void the guarantee.

  3. One product per customer:
    Only one opened item per product type may be refunded per household. Multiple units (bundles) must be returned unopened to be eligible for a full refund.

  4. Request within 30 days:
    Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  5. Proof of purchase required:
    A valid order number or receipt must be provided for all refund requests.

  6. Shipping not refunded:
    We do not refund shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error.

  7. Non-refundable in cases of abuse:
    We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse the guarantee (e.g., multiple refund claims, bulk purchases, or suspicious activity).
